Rosendahl Shoes offers in-store pickup and domestic shipping across the United States.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard ground shipping is available within the continental U.S.
  • In-store pickup is available at our Boise location and is typically ready within 1–2 business days.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to feel confident and supported in their footwear. If your purchase doesn’t work out, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Period:

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom orthotics, special orders, and Medicare-covered footwear are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Options:

  • In-Store Returns: Available at our Boise location during regular business hours.
  • Mail-In Returns: Please contact us to request a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges may be processed in-store or by phone.
